I have an Eastern Rosella and she is the only bird I have ever owned. We think of her as a wild bird that lives in our house.

Some people say that Rosellas are not that friendly. I don't have much to compare to. Ours was not hand raised and has never been clipped but she is such a happy bird. Very full of personality. Lands on hubbys shoulder every night fly and solicits pets and hand holding when the mood hits her.

I wouldn't trade mine. Not sure on the big world view of them.
