I have a pet emu and live in Central Florida. The summers here are hot and humid, the winters can get a bit nippy at times, last year we had a few nights of 18degrees F!! Are emus adaptable to temperature or will it be to cold for him. He has a shelter which is open on 3 sides for air circulation. Should I make him a hay bed or will he be ok?
