The bird is a fledgling COMMON NIGHTHAWK. Contrary to their name, they are NOT hawks. They feed on moths and other insects. Try your hardest to find an animal rehabiltator in your area. In the mean time, try to feed it moths and other flying insects like gnats, mosquitos, etc. They are threatened species in many areas, please try to help it quick!!!
