Hello, I have a 15 month old dna sexed male, pet, quaker. He is tame, and talks. Looking for a new home. Cage and bird for sale, or just bird. If you are interrested, please email me. I am in Delaware, and will ship or meet within MD,NJ,PA,DE. I know they are illegal in NJ and PA, but will meet there if you live in NY.
