Can someone tell me how dangerous red tide is to parrotlets? I am about to visit an area near the ocean and was going to bring my parrotlet with me, but I have just heard there is a red tide and it is making people cough if they walk outdoors or even open their windows. I would not have the bird outside except to take it to/from the car to indoor locations.
