I just adopted a meyers that I named Lemon Drop. He's/shes at least 2 years old. He's friendly and chirps like crazy until I take him out to sit on my shoulder. How do I go about teaching him a few words? Is it too late? I've been feeding him fruit, veg, chicken, salmon (loves it), cheese and whatever i eat as well as seeds and pellets. He especially loves grapes. Is this diet ok? Thanks for any help
