Hatching Time

I have incubated 18 Ringneck Pheasant eggs for 25 days now without a hatch. I placed a second thermometer in the HOVAbator and discovered a difference in the temperature reading. The new reptile thermometer reads 95 degrees and the original says 99.5. If the temp is truly lower, will the eggs still hatch? If so how much longer will the hatching cycle be?
