clipping peacocks?????

Here's my situation: I am an animal lover and have several. My husband is not and has really put up with a lot of animials, considering. I got two peachicks last summer and I love them! My husband was okay with it, even knowing about the poop factor.

Well, now unfortunately their favorite place to roost/poop is around his work area (he's a carpenter/welder/etc.). And today he showed me how bad it was, and told me we need to get rid of the peacocks. Well, I must say, he has a point: his work area is disgusting!

SO... I have fenced areas where the peacocks could happily live. Is it possible to clip their wings so they'd stay there?
