I don't raise peafowl; however, a woman who works at my vet's office does. She was telling me that baby peachicks are very susceptible to disease in their first year and that they must be kept up off the ground during that time. She was explaining that she had made a raised cage for hers to run in. I don't know much about them, but I thought I'd pass this info. on to you.
