Dazzle, the wandering peacock..........

If this message shows up twice, forgive me. I seem to be having trouble posting it to the forum.

I have a friend who is hostess to a wandering peacock named Dazzle. We live in the woods & this peacock has made these woods his home for about 4 - 5 years (we think). For the last year or so, he has been living mostly around my friend's home.

Last year he found a mate, but on Christmas day, Bee disappeared. It is possible that she came to harm at the hands of some neighbors who had made threats against the peas. Since then those neighbors have moved. But another couple of neighbors have threatened Dazzle.

Over a week ago, Dazzle disappeared, only to return this morning. My friend called me & asked me if I could help her find information on possibly acquiring a mate for Dazzle. She has a slow internet connection & doesn't have much luck searching the web. I told her I would see what I could do & here I am.

Any help that any of you could provide would be most appreciated. Dazzle is an incredible blessing to have in our neighborhood. Because he has left & chosen to return on his own, we want to be sure he is safe & happy.
