Sick Male Peacock

We have kept peacocks for about 10 years without any problems

The male is approx 14 years old

This year he has stopped calling or showing his tail

He seems to be getting weaker & weaker

He's unsteady on his feet and is letting his brown underfeathers droop

The females are Ok

Can anyone help
