Under the care and health of rock-n-cedar peafoul and chicken site the advice is to the peacock a medication called Baytril. You get it from a vet. Give 1 cc down the throat for 5 days and rinse eye out with a medication called Tylan 200.
Also the advice was to give 1cc of Tylan 200 down the throat then open the eye and rinse it out with the Tylan 200 for 5 days. I cannot tell by reading the imfo. if you are the do both of the regimes or just one of them. Good luck
