Hello. You are lucky to live in MA when you want a Parrolet.
I live in Chicago, IL, and I had to drive about 2 hours to get my Parrotlet boy.
When I was searching on the web, I envied the residents in CA and MA, because they had so many Parrotlet breeders!!!
I did not save the breeder information in other states. However, if you keep looking on the web, you will definitely get some info.!
