I am interested in getting a parrotlet sometime in the future and have a few questions. Do they use their feet to hold food and toy items? Is an acrylic cage appropriate housing for a single parrotlet? Do they like to lie on their backs while playing (like conures)? Which species would be best for a first time owner? Thank you.
