It depends on the bird, each one is an individual. Parrotlets ARE territorial and they are aggressive birds. I have 2 of them, one male and one female. My female is bonded to me but I still hold other birds around her when she's caged. She knows she's part of the "flock" and sees me interact with my other birds daily. If she were out when I'm holding another bird, more than likely she'd attack it (we're working on that). She's VERY aggressive. My male is not as aggressive and will interact occasionally with one of my other birds, but I'm always right there. Like I said, depends on the bird and their training. You just have to watch them, learn to read their body language. Anytime you have 2 birds together, you just have to make sure that you're right there. You don't want them to hurt each other.
