Without knowing all this bird's history, my inclination would be to continue to offer the same mix initially, but also offer other, healthier options like pellets, fresh vegetables, etc. If she seems to be eating the other foods, gradually cut back on the mix.
One other thing--you should take the scarlet to an avian vet for a check-up (including blood work). The vet can then tell you if she might need supplements while being converted to a healthier diet. I would not offer supplements without the advice of a vet.
