B&G and weaning?

Hi everyone - I had a quick question for anyone. I handfeed many birds with the exception of larger macaws. I finally have the opportunity to be raising a B&G. He was hatched the first week of April. When he was about 3 months old he experienced a bacteria infection that lasted about 2 weeks and didn't seem to affect him. Soon after, he started to wean from 120cc 2xdaily to about 60cc 2xdaily. Then being moved into a new home he refused to eat pellets and went back to 100cc 2xdaily. He has been checked by the vet several times since and has been given a clean bill of health. My question is he still eats about 20cc 2xdaily. I started to try just a night time feed this week. I know some of the larger birds like to handfeed longer, but is this a problem. The breeder says its okay and he eats a mix of Kaytee and Pretty Bird Pellets with Pretty Bird seed as a treat. (And of course fresh veggies and lots of different people and birdie foods).

Basically, I am asking if I should attempt to wean him or just let him keep going. My G2 was so much easier to wean.

Thanks
