In birds, seven generations of inbreeding(brother/sister) or linebreeding(father/daughter, cousin/cousin) are usually OK providing there are no defects in the birds you are breeding. If a genetic defect arises, an outcross will be necessary. Inbreeding and linebreeding are what humans have done to create the multitude of dog breeds we have today, all from the original canine species from the wild such as fox, wolf etc.
So to answer your question, yes they can be bred together providing you know the background of the birds and whether or not they were related, and how far back.

:If it should happen that I get a male and female (brother and sister) would it be a problem housing them together because of breeding??? Would there be anything wrong with the babies since the parents would be brother and sister???
