i need advice!on how to look after,teah and understand my rainbow lorry.

i have obtained a rainbow lorry from a lady who coould'nt look after him any more and so i took him on. i feed him fresh friut and vegies some small parrot mix, and bottlebrush flowers ect.He's very tame and friendly,he also loves to talk and squeal.
I also feed him wet and dry lorrikeet mix. He's got toys and natural branches in his cage.Am i doinng the right things with him and how do i tell his sex?.he has such a great character and i don't want to make him unhappy, i've had him for two weeks.he's a great guard bird also.any advice would be great and thanks.xx
