About 1 year ago I adopted 2 unwanted ringnecks, Both are male, and are around 6 years old, The problems I have are 1 of them had no feathers on his bodie, He plucks them constantly, I have tried so many things, yet nothing helps, He doesnt like to be touched or held, so after getting bit over 200 times I gave up trying to hold him it bacame to traumatic for the bird and me, I still love him, He is an unusual little guy, He doesn't talk much although neither does the other one, But when he hears me but doesn't see me he does yell MA until I go by the cage,The other 1 doesn,t say anything but follows me throughout the house chirping away, I,m very confused, Both birds get checked by the vet and are given a clean bill of health.Please help if you can.
