:my bird is a tiel and she wont eat anything besides her pellets. I weened her off the seeds because the vet said the seeds were fattening for her. I have organic pellets but I want her to try some fruits or veggies, but she wont touch it. Not even if its in her dish. Anyone have any ideas?

Keep offering a little of this and that every day. Try thawing a spoon of frozen mixed veggies. It may take a long time to get her to accept. She may never eat veggies like you would like but one day she will surprise you. Corn on the cob, kale and grated carrots are favorites
