My wife and I adopted a wonderful Grey. We were told she is a she, however were are the third partners of this parrot in her short four year life. When we adopted we got her cage, toys, a perch, and other goodies in the package. She seems really enjoy the chaos (two teenagers) in our house. She has a good vocab and is already, (after just a few days) starting to interact with us. So here is the problem, my wife was the one really interested in a parrot partner. The bird has other ideas, she seems to favor me. Is there a way for my wife to become her favorite? My wife is trying to take time and interact with our new friend as well as either of us know, but any tips would be appreciated.
