Just thought I'd leave an update on my grey that I got from going to auction in November. When I got him (I have now named him Remi)he didn't have hardly any feathers and was told he was moulting. In the few weeks I've had him he has gotten alot of feathers back in. When I clean his cage there are little "fluffy down" feathers all over. The other night he was acting very scared of something, when I went over to his cage later that night the bottom of his cage was covered with feathers(new grey feathers not the white fulffies). Does this mean he is a feather plucker?
I have also come to the conclusion that he is blind in his right eye. And he is also missing some nails on one of his feet.
He still hasn't talked and he isn't whistling as much, he did however bark with the dogs and immitated one of their squeek toys.
Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated..
