Eastern Rosella tolerance for cold T

I hope someone can share their experience as we are just shooting in the dark.
Our Eastern Rosella (Echo) has a new addition to her world- a tunnel that leads from her inside cage, through the window and into a "C" shaped outside cage that is attached to the side of the house.
My question is how cold can she get?
We live in SW BC Canada so it gets cold but not freezing very often.
The big thing is she LOVES being outside. Whether she is just sitting there and looking around or flirting with her Blue Jay buddy, teasing the squirrel or Munching on her wheat grass garden. I can't cut her off!!
There is a small roof to protect her from rain and 'freezer flaps' for a door to keep the breeze out.
She heads out there as soon as she wakes up, and it has been 3-5 degrees celsius (35-40 F) in the mornings. I read they can take frost in nature but not sure what that means here in suburbia.
We anticipate having to block her in for the real cold days, but hope they will be few. Is there a heat lamp that can be used outside and is safe for birds? We have thought about building a small hut out there, with a light for heat.
