:I have a green cheek who is a year old, and want to rescue a severly depressed but sweet bird (also a green cheek) who is about 8 months old. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions of how to introduce them or what I should be concerned with.
:Thanks,

HI Birdlady:

You are at talking about conures, am I correct? You could post this to our conure board and I am sure you can get more help that I can provide.

One thing I would do it to introduce them slowly by simply putting their cages so that they can see each other. Of course this is after a proper quarantine time. I would wait for some time before they have any contact as you do not know that reactions you will get.

WE are happy to see you here and hope to see you again soon.
