my neighbour bought a dove in december he kept it outside in a cage,
now the dove sleeps on my tiny windowsill and im a bit concerned about it,
the neighbour has removed the small cage he still feeds it but thats it,
apart from the mess im worried because surely the bird cant be happy on the windowsill its very exposed.
