I live in nelson County Va. next to Charlottesville Va. 2 day's ago a pigeon with a red band on one leg and a blue band on the other leg came to my house. I of course gave it some water & some bird food. It has been here for 3 day's now, and I am not sure if it is lost, sick or what. Can anyone help me on what I should do. I hear these pigeon carrier's can be expensive. Is there anyway I can find it's owner? Thank you
