Feeding baby dove help

We have a baby dove, about 4 weeks old that fell from it's nest. We've been taking care of it and feeding it bread and also mixing it with water and feeding it with a suringe. Is his good/bad/ What else ar wesupposed to be feedinghim/her. Thanks
