Wild Dove nest

I am belssed to have a nest right outside my door. I have found that ducking my head keeps her from flying off in fear as I enter and exit my home.

I have observed that already one of the eggs has produced a little guy, one is still working... Is there something I can do to make life easy for mom? Can I put up a feeder close by? Does she need a water source? Any suggestions?
