I have the same problem to an extent. When she doesn't want to get off my shoulder or I want to make her step-up and she doesn't want to, she will bite. This means that she thinks she id dominant. The way I have been correcting this is to put her on the floor as soon as she bites. It works and it make birds tend to feel less dominant. Also, putting it on your shoulder also makes her feel dominant so try not to do that. Lately she has been getting much better. GOOD LUCK!
