Hi all,
We have 2 golden cap, Nicky(We think it's a she) and Casey(It's a he).
We weaned Nicky and she's now about 5 years old. Casey joined us a year later as young adult.
Nicky has been a strong one, always chasing Casey around and sometimes even tries to chase me away from her favorite sofa.
Couple of days ago, something happened and their relation changed completely. Now, Casey is chasing Nicky(well, he's not really chasing her but she thinks he's after her. Like paranoid.)
It happened over the night or over the day while we are away at work.
We don't see any bodily injury and we don't know what's going on. She's so scared of him that she almost forgets to eat. Keeping herself inside the nest box or hanging fleece poucch.
If we take Casey out from the cage, she comes out and does whatever she wants.
Any idea what's wrong? Is it possible that their relation changes so dramaticly?
