Green cheeks are awesome. :) My boyfriend and I each have one, and I have another friend who also has one.
They will take time to tame- but they are such attention-loving little birds that as soon as it realizes it has a flock, it *should* tame down nicely.
They can be big cuddlers- getting all tangled up in your hair, snuggling down in your lap while you watch tv...lotsa fun. Ours talk in various stages- it's best said that they mumble, and they are loudest noise-wise when they want out and can tell their people are home.
Most green cheeks love to play- mine wrestles with me, will play dead bird, and crawl into paperbags without a second thought, just to stick her head out, chirp, and run right back in.
They are fearless, and have a lot of personality for such little birds.
I know it's been a while since you originally posted- I hope you did get the lil greencheek and give it a good home.
