He probably sees your fiancee as a threat and bites you when he's near as a warning. A few ideas: have your fiancee be the only one to give him his favorite treat and have him be the one to let Cody out of his cage.
Try having him handle Cody in a room that Cody isn't used to being in. If Cody won't step up for him, first try holding your fincee's hand while Cody gets on his hand - I've found my conure will step up for anyone if I hold their hand while he gets on - he trusts me.
If Cody still is aggressive, try putting him on the floor and leaving the room and then having your fiancee pick him up from the floor - Cody will probably be so happy to get off the floor that he will step up nicely.
Of course, be sure to praise Cody a lot whenever he's being good, and just try to ignore bad behavior like biting or distract him before he can bite.
