If you want to introduce them, do so in a neutral area - NOT on one of the cages or somewhere else one conure sees as its territory. A playgym away from the cages, or even a table, will do. Conures are usually friendly birds, and if they do seem to get along, they may be able to play with each other on cagetops, but for the first few introductions, keep them in the neutral area to prevent any territorial aggression. And be nearby to watch for any problems.
Even if they seem to get along well, it's better to not cage them together.
