Hello,
I have just become the new owner of a 12 year old Umbrella 2, so far the bird seems to have a wonderful temperament, the only problem I have with him is that his previous owners never held him much and he will not let anyone pick him up, when I try to pick him up he grips the cage with his feet and beak and will not let go. I do not think the bird is afraid of me, I think he is more worried about falling or something. I would very much like to hold the bird, any advise?
