where can I purchase a baby white bellied caique in northern ca?

Hello All!
I am interested in a baby white bellied caique. What can I expect to pay for one? Are there any reputable breeders in northern Ca? How noisy are these birds compared to a jenday conure?
What is the best and worst part of caiques?
I am doing some research to find the best bird for me. I want a bird that is funny, silly, affectionate and who isn't too noisy.
