Mine are the opposite. My budgie is much more accepting of the 'tiel - he used to try to regurgitate to him - but the 'tiel is the more territorial of the two. I've been bitten by the 'tiel, and wouldn't wish it on the budgie at all.

Keep 'em in separate cages. That's what our vet advises.
