Hello, I was looking on the internet, and then found it in my Petsmart. Now,I know birds don't need grit, but this grit is special. It has extra calcium and phosphorous. I would only give a small amount maybe every few weeks, or so. A link is below.

Also, wheat germ oil. I've seen it in the petstore, and I really would like to get some, for my moulting B&G's and just to keep all five birds plumage beautiful. My moms gone to get some at a health food store, because she said it would be cheaper, and probably more nutritious, then the stuff at the Petstore,...what do you think.

Thoughts/input/comments/words would be great,
I may not respond for three days, because I'm going to Michigan.
