hello. I have two Parakeets. I 've one of them for 4 years. and the second one for 18-22 months. He was sick about a month ago. But i took him to the vet, he took the medicine and was okay until now. the problem is that he keeps on Scratching himself and gets all fluffy. If you know anything about this please help.
