Hi,
I know somebody just posted about biting but this is a different type of bird so the answer could differ. Anyways, let me tell you about her.
Her name is Daisy. She's a peach faced love bird. She lives with her brother Clover in a large parrot sized cage. She's about a year old. I got her from a personal breeder when they were still babies.
I always take them out together and I wait for them to come to the cage door put my finger to their chest. I don't hit them or anything and I let them sit on my shoulder and keep my dog away from them. I hold them every day and recently Daisy has been biting more then ever (she's always had an attitude). Now she seems to go out of her way to bite me, she'll push aside Clover when he comes over to be picked up and she'll not just nip my finger but clamp down and not let go.
Somebody please tell me what to do, I've never gotten rid of a pet before and don't plan on ever doing that but she can't keep attacking me.
