:Hmmm I've had my tiel for a while now (about three to four months now) and I'm not quite sure how to teach her to whistle and sing. She tweets for my attention every now and then, but thats about it. Any help anyone may have is appreciated.

The best way is just to whistle and sing while you are working around the house or around her. It seems that birds learn best when they hear something over and over again. Female tiels are not known for their whistling ability but with time and patience, she may start whistling with you.
