:Hi, I just adopted 2 blue parakeets from my local S.P.C.A. yesterday. One is male, one is female. They are both around 2 years old. I have a few questions I would appreciate answered. One question is, why is my female so territorial about the spray millet in the cage? Every time the male goes near it she head butts him and screams at him. Another question is, will I ever be able to finger tame them? They are quite skiddish of me but the male seems more interested in me than his female companion. Another question is, will they breed? I am not a trained professional and I could not handle breeding birds. Thanks in advance for any help!
