If you can't locate a wildlife rehabber, check with the avian vets in your area. Maybe one of them could take care of this little bird.

If this bird is a house sparrow, they aren't native to the United States, but at her age without all of her feathers, it's easy to misidentify. So assume that she is native for now!

Good luck and let us know if you find a vet to care for her.

:Unless you are a licensed rehabber, it is illegal to keep native birds in your house without a permit (which are pains to get) I would do an internet search for rehab places in your area. For now, I would try to find a bird breeder expirienced in hand-feeding softbills, but find that rehab place as soon as you can! Unless you have expirience I would not try to handfeed this little one. I could tell you how, but it is so easy to aspirate, or not heat the formula enough or too much, so find a rehab place soon! And bless you for saving this precious creature.
