: i know some one who owns some parrots (cockatoos, african greys, and some kind of amazons) and i believe some of the parrots aren't getting proper care. they live in a tent outside with heat lamps, the cages don't look like they're getting cleaned regularly, no toys (but i bought them a couple), and the don't get much attention. anyone have any ideas what i can do? i now have permission to play with them. some have behavior problems and need work. i don't know what to do (i've never owned a bird) and can't stand seeing them this way. please help. if you have suggestions please email me at psychotic_maniac@hotmail.com (don't mind the address). : ~Belle
