My local vet has found a stray Amazon. It has the usual green body, not much colour on the wings and a royal blue head [not markings - a complete royal blue head!] Does anyone have an idea what type? I've looked through the Lexicon but can't see anything similar. I thought blue-fronted but it doesn't look like any B/F I've seen. I'd like to help find him a home but as he isn't too tame I'll need to find someone with the same species. Thanks.
